THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our dynamic global team. The Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the software and services sector of the Life Sciences industry segment. This role requires a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and technical expertise to drive collaboration, maximize partner value, and achieve mutual business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
*Qualified applicants will need the following experience to be considered for this role:
*Medtech Inventory management experience
SAP ERP (ECC + S/4) experience, either selling or implementing it.
- Experience with SAP’s RISE model and SAP BTP are a distinct benefit, especially experience with SAP’s Partnering model.
- MedTech exp selling Oracle, or other ERP / MedTech inventory management solution providers is a huge plus.
Based in USA, with experience selling Enterprise Solutions (i.e., SaaS, Support, Implementation Services)
Experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs) or Technology Partners to deliver the ‘Solutions’
- Experience with the top SIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, InfoSys, TCS, KPMG, etc.). And Hyperscalers - GWS, Azure, AWS, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners within the software and services high-tech industry to expand our ecosystem and drive business growth.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective partners, including software vendors, solutions providers, system integration, and technology platforms.
- Partner Enablement: Provide comprehensive training, resources, and support to enable partners to effectively market, sell and implement our solutions, ensuring alignment, with our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans, defining clear objectives, strategies, and tactics, to drive mutual success and achieve revenue targets.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to leverage partnerships and enhance our competitive positioning in the high-tech industry.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction, to optimize partner engagement and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives, share best practices, and drive synergies across the organization.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand, thought leadership, and partnership opportunities within the software and services high-tech ecosystem.
