Medtech Inventory management experience
SAP ERP (ECC + S/4) experience, either selling or implementing it.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to join our team at mymediset North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the medical technology sector and contacts in the Medtech space, plus experience with SAP systems. This role requires strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, loan and consignment business models, and the ability to provide consultative sales expertise to MedTech organizations.
As part of our team, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with MedTech companies in your assigned region and by delivering solutions that meet your clients' needs.

*Qualified applicants will need the following experience to be considered for this role:
Medtech Inventory management experience
- Loaner, Consignment, Field Inventory, medical inventory
- Order industry experience – Pharma Inventory management experience
SAP ERP (ECC + S/4) experience, either selling or implementing it.
- Experience of SAP’s RISE model and SAP BTP are a distinct benefit.
- MedTech experience using Oracle, or other ERP and MedTech inventory management solution providers could be a match barring SAP experience.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs) or Technology Partners to deliver Solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industry.
- Identify and engage with medical device manufacturers and distributors
- Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management and order processing in an SAP environment.
- Collaborate closely with the SAP and/or system integrator sales teams
- Present and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributors.
- Demonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models, providing insights on how they can benefit clients’ supply chain operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goals.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT in general.
